Airlie is a particularly lovely detached three bedroom bungalow set in about a third of an acre of peaceful garden with truly superb views over Loch Etive towards Ben Cruachan. The accommodation is light and airy with a spacious yet homely feel and is provided with efficient heating included in the price. It has the benefit of an en suite double bedroom as well as the family bathroom, two twin bedrooms, lounge looking to the view and well equipped kitchen.

There are shops a little over a mile away and a good selection of hotel/restaurants within a few miles.

AIRLIE COTTAGE AND ITS LOCALITY

Airlie has spacious self catering accommodation for up to 6 plus baby. There are two twin bedrooms, a double en-suite bedroom, lounge/dining room with open fire and spectacular view of Loch Etive and Ben Cruachan, fitted kitchen and family bathroom. Total control electric heating, double glazing. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, automatic washing machine, tumble drier, colour television, video, mini hi fi and payphone. A cot and high chair are available.

Outside there is an enclosed garden with a wonderful view, picnic table, level lawns and a steeply sloped wild area ideal for children (supervision is recommended for younger children). There is also a patio with picnic table. Parking for 2 cars in the drive.

North Connel is a small, quiet community on the shores of Loch Etive and Airlie is located some 2 miles from the main road just off a minor road towards Bonawe. Oban is about 7 miles and has good shopping, sports facilities and tourist information with lots of tour opportunities including ferries to Iona, Mull and the other inner Hebrides. Glencoe is about 28 miles. There is excellent walking / fishing / boating / riding in the area and many interesting places to visit, some almost on the doorstep.
